Senior Biddable Executive – Social & Programmatic

About the role

Join a leading B2B marketing agency as a Senior Biddable Executive, working across programmatic and paid social channels. You will help plan, activate and optimise campaigns while leveraging AI‑driven tools to deliver better results for top B2B brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise programmatic campaigns across leading DSPs.
• Support paid social campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta and Reddit.
• Execute audience targeting strategies, including ABM, intent and first‑party data activation.
• Monitor campaign pacing, delivery and performance.
• Analyse cross‑channel data to uncover insights and opportunities.
• Create client‑facing reports and performance updates.
• Support budget management and financial reconciliation.
• Collaborate with programmatic, social and analytics specialists.
• Stay up‑to‑date with AI, programmatic and digital media developments.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in programmatic, paid social or digital media.
• Experience with platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, StackAdapt, LinkedIn Campaign Manager or Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable handling large data sets and campaign reporting.
• Solid understanding of digital media fundamentals.
• Curiosity about AI and advertising technology.
• Proactive, collaborative and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication skills.
