Senior BIM Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator to lead the BIM delivery on complex building services projects. The role will be based in Manchester and involves driving BIM coordination processes within a fast‑paced Revit MEP environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination across MEP and building services projects.
• Produce and review coordinated Revit MEP models.
• Manage clash detection and technical coordination workflows.
• Support multidisciplinary coordination across project teams.
• Facilitate BIM meetings and technical coordination reviews.
• Mentor and support junior BIM staff.
• Maintain BIM standards and ensure project model quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or Senior BIM Coordinator.
• Strong Revit MEP capability.
• Extensive building services/MEP experience.
• Experience leading BIM coordination on live projects.
• Ability to manage or mentor a small team.
• Strong technical coordination and communication skills.
• Previous RIBA Stage 5 experience is preferred.
