Senior Bookkeeper – Music, Sport, TV and Media Clients

About the role

We are a niche accountancy firm in central London seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to join our Bookkeeping and Business Services department. You will work with high‑profile clients from the music, sport, film, TV, creative, media and entertainment sectors, delivering top‑class bookkeeping and VAT services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of individual and corporate clients, ensuring high‑quality service.
• Prepare and process bookkeeping assignments and VAT returns using Xero.
• Process full payroll cycles where required.
• Potentially train, review and support junior staff as the business grows.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping and VAT return experience in a reputable practice.
• Current role in a good‑quality accountancy firm.
• Strong knowledge of VAT legislation and bookkeeping standards.
• Desire to develop a career in a specialist firm located in Zone 1 London.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Xero accounting software.
