Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of innovative trade and shopper marketing strategies.
• Create impactful campaigns and activations that reflect the luxury positioning of the brand.
• Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity to unlock growth opportunities.
• Partner cross‑functionally with sales, brand and external agencies to ensure flawless execution.
• Manage budgets effectively, delivering strong ROI.
• Monitor and optimise performance through key KPIs.

Required profile

• Commercially driven and creative, thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience within beauty/FMCG, ideally with exposure to luxury brands.
• Strong trade or shopper marketing expertise.
• Deep understanding of consumer behaviour and retail dynamics.
• Exceptional project and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with a passion for excellence.
