About the role

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive building surveys and defect analyses.
• Prepare specifications and manage contract administration.
• Act as employer’s agent on site, overseeing project delivery.
• Provide expert advice to clients and liaise with stakeholders.
• Travel regularly to project sites across the region.

Required profile

• MRICS qualified with strong technical expertise.
• Excellent client‑facing and interpersonal abilities.
• Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
