About the role
We are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join a respected independent consultancy in North London. The role offers a blend of large‑scale project exposure and a supportive SME culture, working on residential and public sector assignments.
Key responsibilities
- Manage projects from inception to completion
- Conduct dilapidations assessments
- Oversee contract administration
- Carry out building surveys and produce detailed reports
- Write technical specifications
- Maintain direct client contact and deliver autonomous solutions
Required profile
- Minimum three years’ experience in building surveying
- RICS‑accredited degree
- Strong client‑facing abilities
- Qualified or progressing through the APC pathway
- Motivated to contribute to firm growth with long‑term ambition
