Senior Business Analyst – Consulting Transformation Role

Key responsibilities

• Support large‑scale business and transformation programmes across diverse client engagements.
• Gather, define and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
• Conduct detailed AS‑IS / TO‑BE process analysis and identify improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to align business and technical teams.
• Produce high‑quality documentation such as functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Support delivery throughout the full project lifecycle, including UAT and change initiatives.
• Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and broader consulting activities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams.
• Proven experience delivering transformation or change programmes.
• Understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
