Senior Business Development Manager – Bridging Finance (North East England)

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established lender of short‑term property finance to find a Senior Business Development Manager for the North East of England. You will promote our bridging finance products, build strong relationships with financial intermediaries and property professionals, and ensure an exceptional level of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with financial intermediaries, property investors and developers across the UK.
• Generate new business and optimise funding opportunities using our extensive database of intermediaries and investors.
• Manage client and broker relationships, delivering outstanding customer service at every stage.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of funding applications, from initial submission to completion.
• Maintain award‑winning service standards throughout the process.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in secured lending or residential mortgage markets.
• Good knowledge of the bridging finance market.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Professional telephone manner and a passion for property.
• Proven track record of managing client and broker relationships.
