Senior Business Development Manager – Dispute Resolution

About the role

We are seeking a strategic Senior Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our market‑leading Dispute Resolution practice in the UK. You will shape the BD strategy, drive client acquisition campaigns and work closely with senior stakeholders to expand our cross‑border capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the UK business development strategy for the Dispute Resolution practice.
• Design and launch impactful client outreach and thought‑leadership campaigns.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing BD team.
• Partner with senior partners and cross‑functional teams on international initiatives.
• Use data‑driven insights to identify new market opportunities and enhance the firm’s profile.

Required profile

• Significant business development experience within legal or professional services.
• Proven record of delivering strategic go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and project leadership abilities.
• Experience with CRM and marketing technology is advantageous.
