About the role
This casual, part‑time Bank position offers flexible working in a Barchester care home. You will look after residents’ needs, support a team of Care Assistants and collaborate with the Deputy General Manager and clinical staff.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants.
- Support the clinical team with medication administration, assessments, care plans and care reviews.
- Deliver person‑centred care that respects each resident’s dignity and preferences.
- Assist the Deputy General Manager in day‑to‑day operational tasks.
Required profile
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
- Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
- Warm‑hearted, compassionate and committed to individualized resident support.
