About the role

Join Agincare at Cordelia Care Home as a Senior Care Assistant on the night shift. You will provide compassionate, person‑centred care to residents, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care to residents.
Support residents with personal care, dignity and independence.
Administer medication safely and accurately.
Contribute to and review individual care plans.
Lead activities, outings and meaningful engagement during night hours.
Support and guide team members, stepping up when needed.

Required profile

Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification (or working towards Level 3).
Available for 24 hours per week on nights, including alternate weekends.
A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities.

Required skills

What we offer

£13.46 per hour.
