Senior Care Assistant – Nights

About the role
Join Agincare at Cordelia Care Home as a Senior Care Assistant on the night shift. You will provide compassionate, person‑centred care to residents, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the night.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care to residents.
- Support residents with personal care, dignity and independence.
- Administer medication safely and accurately.
- Contribute to and review individual care plans.
- Lead activities, outings and meaningful engagement during night hours.
- Support and guide team members, stepping up when needed.
Required profile
- Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
- Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification (or working towards Level 3).
- Available for 24 hours per week on nights, including alternate weekends.
- A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities.
Required skills

- £13.46 per hour.
