Senior Casualty & Liability Claims Technician – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Casualty & Liability Claims Technician to join our team on a fully remote basis. In this role you will apply your specialist knowledge of employer and public liability insurance to investigate, assess and settle claims across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate employer and public liability (injury and TPPD) claims from initial report to final settlement.
• Gather and analyse evidence, including statements, medical reports and policy documents.
• Determine legal and policy liability and calculate appropriate quantum.
• Prepare clear, compliant reports and recommendations for senior management.
• Ensure all actions meet client service standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide high‑quality customer service throughout the claims process.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling casualty and liability claims in the UK insurance sector.
• Strong understanding of employer and public liability policies and relevant legislation.
• Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload remotely.
• Excellent analytical and investigative skills with attention to detail.
