Senior Client Services Administrator – £35k + bonus (Dartford)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Services Administrator to join a fast‑growing St. James's Place wealth‑management practice near Dartford. The role is office‑based and offers a clear pathway into management as the team expands.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, high‑quality client services administration across the practice.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to financial advisers.
• Support client review cycles from preparation through to completion.
• Process new business submissions and ongoing client servicing requests.
• Update and maintain client records, including CFR documentation.
• Act as a senior point of support and mentor for junior admin staff.
• Help maintain service standards during a period of significant growth.
• Assist with the smooth running of practice processes and systems.

Required profile

• Experience within a St. James's Place practice is essential.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar financial services administration role.
• Confident using Salesforce and adapting to new systems.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work under a busy workload.
• Ambition to progress into a managerial position as the practice scales.
• RO qualifications not essential – full study support provided.
