Senior Commercial Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Commercial Finance Manager to join Avenir Collective’s Finance team in London. In this role you will support the Group Finance Director and senior leadership by delivering accurate, timely and insightful financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, helping drive better business decisions across our beauty and lifestyle brands.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reports for the Group, Executive Leadership Team and Board.
• Analyse revenue, gross margin, operating costs and EBITDA and provide clear commentary on performance, risks and opportunities.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting, building financial models and scenario analyses.
• Produce and maintain operating expense reports, work with budget holders to review spend and forecast future costs.
• Continuously improve reporting dashboards, KPIs and data visualisation tools.
• Partner with business stakeholders, offering financial insight, challenge and support to improve decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong commercial finance background with experience in group reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Proactive, analytical mindset and ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing business performance.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
