Senior Commercial Property Solicitor – Glasgow

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our respected Glasgow‑based property team. You will work on a diverse portfolio of real estate matters, providing commercially focused legal advice to investors, developers and businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on acquisitions, disposals and commercial leasing transactions.
• Support development and regeneration projects, including planning and property‑related agreements.
• Collaborate with corporate, banking and construction teams on multi‑disciplinary matters.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Deliver practical, commercially‑oriented legal advice throughout transactions.

Required profile

• 7+ years post‑qualification experience in commercial real estate.
• Proven ability to manage a broad range of property transactions.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and developing relationships.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation abilities.
• Commercial, pragmatic approach to legal issues and a desire to grow expertise.
