Senior Commercial Property Solicitor – Up to £110k – Hybrid – Cheltenham

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established Cheltenham law firm to recruit a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor. The successful candidate will join a supportive, collaborative team and help shape the firm’s commercial property practice.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial leasing matters, including complex lease negotiations and drafting.
• Lead property acquisitions and disposals, overseeing due diligence and transactional work.
• Handle landlord and tenant disputes and advise on related regulatory issues.
• Direct development projects, site assembly, and property finance arrangements.
• Oversee commercial property portfolio management and asset‑management instructions.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Previous senior‑level role (Senior Associate, Legal Director or Partner) within a reputable commercial property team.
• Proven track record of managing a varied commercial real‑estate caseload.
• Experience across complex lease work, transactional matters, development projects, refinancing and asset‑management.
