Senior Commercial Real Estate Finance Broker

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Real Estate Finance Broker to act as the Director’s right‑hand in a fast‑growing, award‑winning financial services firm. This senior position blends deal execution with strategic partnership, helping shape the next phase of growth for our high‑net‑worth client base.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the Director to drive team expansion and overall business growth.
• Source, structure and place finance deals across CRE asset classes – offices, hotels, retail, industrial/logistics and mixed‑use.
• Arrange investment, development, bridging and refinancing finance for a variety of transactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, specialist lenders, private funders and introducers.
• Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams alongside the Director.
• Mentor and develop junior team members as headcount increases.
• Help shape processes, systems and culture during expansion.
• Represent the business at industry events and with key introducer relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a commercial real estate finance broker with a strong track record of closing deals.
• Deep understanding of CRE lending – investment, development and bridging finance.
• Established relationships with CRE lenders, funders or introducers.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities.
• Ambition to grow into a leadership role and contribute to business strategy.
• Collaborative and trustworthy approach, able to work closely with the Director.

Required skills

What we offer

• Competitive base salary £45,000 – £80,000 plus uncapped bonus.
• On‑target earnings potential exceeding £150,000.
