About the role

The Senior Conference Producer will join a global leader in technology, data, AI and connectivity, shaping high‑impact conferences from concept to delivery. You will curate compelling agendas, secure top‑tier speakers and drive strategic direction across a portfolio of events.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop conference programmes that align with emerging tech trends.
• Identify, approach and manage relationships with industry‑leading speakers.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Conduct in‑depth research to inform agenda topics and speaker selection.
• Manage budgets, timelines and stakeholder expectations.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education, preferably 2:1 or higher.
• 2‑4 years of experience in conference production or a related events role.
• Strong interest in technology, AI, data and connectivity.
• Excellent written communication and research abilities.
• Proven project‑management capabilities.
