Senior Conference Producer – Tech & AI Events

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Conference Producer to join a global leader in technology, data, AI and connectivity. Based in London with a hybrid working model, you will shape high‑impact events, curate compelling agendas and work with top‑tier speakers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop conference agendas around emerging tech, AI, data and connectivity topics.
• Identify, engage and manage relationships with industry‑leading speakers.
• Take strategic ownership of conference planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless event execution.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education, preferably a 2:1 or higher.
• 2‑4 years of experience in conference production or a related events role.
• Strong interest in technology, AI, data and connectivity.
• Excellent written communication, research and project‑management abilities.
