Senior Consultancy Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultancy Manager to lead high‑impact analytics engagements for leading financial services organisations. This client‑facing position combines delivery leadership with commercial advisory, helping clients turn data into measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end analytics consulting projects, from problem definition through implementation and value realisation.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships across banking, fintech, payments and broader consumer markets.
• Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, commercial recommendations.
• Support business development through proposals, pitches and client engagement.
• Collaborate with data science and analytics teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions.

Required profile

• Strong background in analytics or data‑led consulting within financial services, fintech or payments.
• Proven experience leading client engagements and managing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to turn technical insights into strategic, commercial outcomes.
• Knowledge of credit risk, customer lifecycle, fraud, pricing or segmentation analytics.

• Python (hands‑on experience beneficial)
