Senior Consultant – Health Economics & Outcomes Research

About the role

Lumanity is seeking a Senior Consultant to strengthen its Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) practice. The role is client‑facing and blends deep technical expertise with project leadership, supporting the delivery of economic evaluation strategies for life‑changing medicines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery workstreams on complex or non‑standard HEOR projects.
• Act as the day‑to‑day point of contact for clients, ensuring high‑quality, on‑time deliverables.
• Manage project teams, including workload and time allocation.
• Participate in business development activities such as scoping, proposal writing, and budgeting.
• Stay current with industry trends, methodological advances, and incorporate them into solutions.
• Support thought‑leadership initiatives and mentor junior staff.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (e.g., PhD, MSc) in a relevant field.
• 4–7+ years of consulting experience in health economics, HEOR, or related areas.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated critical thinking, results‑orientation, and ability to meet deadlines.
