Senior Consultant, HR Transformation, HR Reimagined

About the role

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its People Consulting HR Transformation team. You will help organisations place people at the centre of their change agenda, designing future‑focused HR functions and leveraging technology to enhance employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to shape and execute People strategies that align with business objectives.
• Design and re‑imagine HR operating models, incorporating agile, cost‑effective solutions.
• Advise on HR technology adoption and employee experience design.
• Guide clients through change, challenging assumptions and delivering bespoke HR solutions.
• Collaborate with EY’s multidisciplinary teams to deliver end‑to‑end transformation projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR strategy, transformation or consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Passion for sustainability, diversity and making a measurable impact.
