Senior Content and Marketing Designer

About the role

Searchable is building an AI‑powered analytics platform for AI Search. We are looking for a senior, hands‑on visual designer to shape how the company appears across brand, advertising, social media, website and sales‑enablement materials.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative concepts from brief to final production for brand and marketing campaigns.
• Create advertising, social media, website graphics, landing‑page visuals and product illustrations.
• Produce sales decks, one‑pagers, case studies and reports that tell a consistent story.
• Partner with founders, product and marketing to shape briefs and define visual direction.
• Build reusable templates and visual systems in Figma to improve consistency.
• Turn product insights, customer stories and data into clear visual narratives.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio of brand and marketing design for digital or technology products.
• Experience owning campaigns or visual systems as a senior individual contributor.
• Excellent judgement in typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to generate ideas and execute final assets across advertising, social, web and sales materials.
• Comfort working in‑person, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma from concept through production.
• Experience with Paper.design for creative exploration.
• Familiarity with Midjourney or similar AI image‑generation tools.
