About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancing Solicitor to lead our Residential Conveyancing department. This permanent, full‑time position offers job security and clear progression within a locally‑owned firm dedicated to quality and personal service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Residential Conveyancing department.
- Handle all conveyancing matters from inception through post‑completion.
- Process registered and unregistered freehold, leasehold, new‑build and shared‑ownership transactions.
- Deal with remortgages, transfers of equity and Help to Buy schemes.
- Prepare and submit Land Registry applications.
Required profile
- Qualified conveyancing solicitor with several years of fee‑earner experience.
- Proven ability to manage a team and drive departmental growth.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality, client‑focused service.
