Senior Counsel – Global Supply Chain Transactions & Disputes

About the role

The Senior Counsel for Global Supply Chain will provide legal support across GSK's pharma and vaccines business, focusing on supply‑chain transactions, disputes with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs), and external manufacturing activities. You will act as a trusted business partner to the External Manufacturing organisation and the Supply Chain Business Development team.

Key responsibilities

• Advise senior business leaders and legal colleagues on complex legal issues related to external manufacturing contracts, strategy and dispute resolution.
• Support business‑development transactions, including due diligence, drafting and reviewing manufacturing and supply agreements.
• Manage disputes and issues with CMOs, coordinating with external counsel, the Dispute Resolution & Prevention team and the Legal Contracting Network.
• Collaborate with Global Supply Chain, DRP and LCN teams to ensure consistent legal counsel across the organisation.
• Monitor external environment impacts on GSK’s preparedness and propose appropriate actions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in commercial and contract law within the pharmaceutical or related industry.
• Proven ability to advise senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Strategic‑level thinking, strong judgment and a proactive, self‑motivated approach.
• Comfort working in a dynamic, matrix‑organised environment.
