Senior CRM Executive

About the role

Join a fast‑growing outdoor and performance sportswear brand headquartered in Liverpool. The company blends sportswear with streetwear and has expanded rapidly through a loyal online community and strong retail partnerships. This role sits in the CRM & Retention team and will play a central part in driving growth through email, SMS, app push and loyalty initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end campaign delivery across email, SMS and app push, from briefing to scheduling.
• Support key trading moments, product launches and promotions in collaboration with Marketing, Ecommerce and Creative teams.
• Build and manage customer segments using behavioural, transactional and engagement data.
• Design and optimise automated journeys within Klaviyo.
• Analyse campaign and journey performance, run tests and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years hands‑on CRM, retention or email‑marketing experience.
• Experience building and scheduling campaigns in a CRM platform or ESP (Klaviyo highly desirable).
• Confidence analysing performance data and turning insights into commercial recommendations.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong proofing and QA skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple deadlines independently.
