Senior CRM Power Platform Technical Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior CRM Power Platform Technical Analyst to join our Technology Team. In this role you will design, deliver and optimise Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that support critical business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and set standards for the CRM and Power Platform user base.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement across on‑premises and cloud CRM environments.
• Ensure security, access controls and data segregation for all users.
• Work with the Data & Insights team to enforce data quality at entry points.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging Power Platform capabilities and recommend enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven track record delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across multiple modules.
• Relevant Power Platform and Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., PL‑200).
• Experience working in an Agile delivery environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
