Senior Customer Programme Manager

About the role

Senior Customer Programme Manager responsible for owning the end‑to‑end customer experience for Greyparrot’s AI‑driven recycling solutions across EMEA. You will bridge sales, implementation, support and operations to ensure customers receive value and renewals are smooth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the operating model, playbooks and SLAs that guide the customer journey from contract signing through go‑live and ongoing operations.
• Provide a real‑time, visible picture of every active customer’s status, health and upcoming actions for internal teams and leadership.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to resolve issues, prepare high‑stakes interactions and ensure renewals are proactive rather than reactive.

Required profile

• Significant experience managing complex, high‑value B2B customer relationships and building lasting operational functions.
• Comfortable discussing hardware, software and data flows with technical stakeholders without needing an engineer present.
• Proven commercial judgement, having co‑owned renewal and expansion conversations with sales teams.
• Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and delivering clear, written communications.
• Experience working across EMEA markets and adapting practices to different EU countries.

Required skills

• Programme‑management methodology expertise (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, APM).
• Understanding of hardware and software integration in live operational environments.
