Senior Customer Service Representative – Medical Technology

About the role

Enovis is seeking a passionate Senior Customer Service Representative to join its European direct‑market team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling orders, providing technical guidance and ensuring a high level of satisfaction across our medical‑technology portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, process and accurately enter incoming customer orders.
• Communicate order and fulfillment issues to field sales and customers.
• Manage orders from entry through delivery, resolving billing issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Pricing, Master Data and Accounts Receivable to maintain accurate order and customer information.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to knowledge‑base updates.
• Oversee daily operations, onboarding, system housekeeping and ensure consistent service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in a customer‑service role, preferably in a technical or medical‑technology environment.
• Proven track record of driving process‑improvement initiatives.
• Legally eligible to work in the EU and able to travel internationally.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organisational levels.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems – Oracle and Salesforce (preferred).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and Teams.
