About the role
As a Senior Customer Success Manager you will own the end‑to‑end journey for enterprise customers, ensuring they realise measurable business outcomes from Constructor.io’s search and discovery platform. You will act as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for senior stakeholders across ecommerce, digital and technology teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the customer lifecycle from kickoff through launch, adoption and ongoing value realization.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with engineers, product leaders, directors and C‑level executives.
- Translate technical concepts and performance data into clear business value such as conversion, revenue and operational efficiency.
- Plan and run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) that drive strategic conversations and actionable next steps.
- Identify risks early, manage escalations, and coordinate internal resources to resolve issues swiftly.
- Provide proactive, data‑driven recommendations based on ecommerce best practices.
- Maintain up‑to‑date success plans, stakeholder maps, documentation and training materials.
- Partner with Account Management to support retention, growth and expansion opportunities.
Required profile
- Minimum three years managing relationships with enterprise customers in Customer Success, Account Management or Solutions Consulting.
- Proven experience working with complex organisations and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong executive presence and ability to lead strategic conversations, including QBRs and EBRs.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, intellectual curiosity and rapid learning in a technically sophisticated environment.
- Experience in ecommerce, digital commerce, search or product discovery is highly valued.
