Senior D365 CE Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) implementation for a leading digital transformation partner. The role is permanent, hybrid (1‑2 days per month on‑site in Birmingham) and reports to the Talent Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of a D365 CE implementation programme.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies and governance activities.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business and technical departments.
• Oversee financial management, including forecasting, timesheet tracking and invoicing.
• Drive delivery through internal teams, third‑party suppliers and client stakeholders.
• Provide regular reporting to senior leadership and governance boards.
• Support change‑management and user‑adoption initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering enterprise CRM implementation projects.
• Strong background managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Solid commercial and financial governance experience.
• Ability to manage complex multi‑stream projects in matrix environments.
• Experience working in hybrid delivery models with on‑site client engagement.
