Senior Delivery Manager - Oracle EBS Service Delivery Manager

About the role

Infosys is seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to lead Oracle EBS service delivery for UK public‑sector clients, primarily within the NHS. You will oversee end‑to‑end Application Management Services (AMS), ensuring projects and operational support meet agreed timelines and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own AMS delivery across application support, design, development, customization, testing and release functions.
• Ensure SLA/KPI adherence, produce service reports and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead major incident (P1/P2) response, escalation, root‑cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Govern development backlog, solution design reviews, estimates, build quality and deployment readiness.
• Manage in‑flight projects, track milestones, risks, dependencies and BAU transition readiness.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, regression, payroll‑critical validation, defect governance and production release sign‑off.
• Conduct regular governance meetings with NHS stakeholders, suppliers and internal leadership.
• Maintain knowledge transfer artefacts, SOPs, runbooks and operational handover documentation.

Required profile

• 15+ years of IT delivery or service management experience, including large AMS engagements.
• Strong background in ITIL service management and major incident governance.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑vendor, on‑site/off‑shore and cross‑functional delivery teams.
• Experience with NHS ESR, Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle EBS HRMS & Payroll environments.
