Senior Development Designer

About the role

Frontline is seeking a Senior Development Designer to join its award‑winning 3D retail design and integrated marketing team in Bath. You will turn ambitious point‑of‑sale concepts into manufacturable solutions for leading brands, working in a collaborative, innovation‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Transform POS and retail concepts into high‑quality, production‑ready designs.
• Create detailed technical drawings, material specifications and cost‑effective production methods.
• Ensure drawings, tolerances, materials and finishes are accurate and ready for manufacturing.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, suppliers and other departments.
• Support the development and mentorship of junior designers.

Required profile

• Minimum five years’ experience in POS design and manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of retail manufacturing processes.
• Proven ability to manage priorities and deliver on time.
