Senior Digital Workplace Engineering Manager

About the role

As a Senior Digital Workplace Engineering Manager you will lead the design, engineering, implementation and maintenance of the Digital Workplace estate for TSB, part of Santander. You will ensure a seamless, efficient digital workspace experience that supports remote and flexible working across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC, and Citrix Endpoint Management solutions.
• Manage Cloud PCs and Thin Clients to provide reliable access to digital resources.
• Oversee hybrid cloud deployments and integration with existing infrastructure.
• Implement automation and scripting to streamline platform operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align digital workspace initiatives with business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading technical teams in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to manage people, priorities and competing operational demands.
• Experience with M365 platform is a plus.
