Senior Director – Consumer & Lifestyle PR

About the role

This senior leadership position will shape FINN Partners’ Consumer & Lifestyle practice in the UK. You will own client relationships, generate new business, and raise the creative bar to win industry awards, positioning the agency as a top‑tier consumer PR house.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow strategic client partnerships across consumer, F&B, fashion, beauty, entertainment and related sectors.
• Drive new‑business acquisition and develop revenue‑generating opportunities.
• Set and maintain a high creative standard for all Lifestyle output, including campaigns, activations, partnerships, stunts and content.
• Champion ideas for entry into PRWeek, PRmoment, Cannes PR Lions, D&AD and other award programmes.
• Oversee the strategic and tactical execution of earned‑media and integrated marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven senior experience in consumer‑focused public relations or communications.
• Strong strategic mindset with a track record of delivering original, award‑winning ideas.
• Deep understanding of earned media, culture, PR and broader marketing ecosystems.
• Ability to lead teams, influence senior stakeholders and grow a portfolio of high‑profile clients.
