Senior Director, International Benefits

About the role

Iron Mountain is looking for a dynamic Senior Director to lead its International Benefits strategy across more than 60 countries outside North America. You will shape a unified, multi‑year benefits framework that balances global consistency with local relevance, supporting employee wellbeing worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and execute a comprehensive global benefits framework for APAC, EMEA and LATAM regions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, cross‑functional partners and external vendors to build strong relationships and drive program adoption.
• Lead high‑performing regional benefits teams and communicate value to enhance employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with international legal, financial and legislative requirements, including pension and time‑off mandates.
• Maintain audit readiness and aggressively manage vendor contracts to optimise costs.

Required profile

• Extensive experience designing and administering international benefits programs outside the United States.
• Deep understanding of financial drivers and cost‑containment levers for global benefit spend.
• Proven transformational change leadership and high‑stakes decision‑making ability.
• Strong executive presence with experience managing complex, matrixed stakeholder relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field; relevant professional certification preferred.
