Senior Director of Corporate Finance – Music

About the role

This newly created senior finance position sits within the corporate finance function of a global music business. It combines strategic finance, corporate development and capital markets responsibilities, offering full ownership of multi‑year financial planning and direct interaction with the C‑suite and board.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the group’s multi‑year financial models from scratch.
• Lead multi‑entity budgeting, capital‑structure planning and scenario analysis.
• Conduct valuation and investment appraisal for strategic growth initiatives.
• Drive debt‑raising, refinancing and credit‑facility negotiations.
• Manage banking relationships, covenant reporting and compliance.
• Own the global budgeting process, quarterly re‑forecasting and month‑end close analysis.
• Prepare and present board‑level reporting packs autonomously.
• Manage and develop two international direct reports.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent).
• Extensive experience in corporate finance, capital markets and strategic finance.
• Proven ability to work end‑to‑end on complex financial models and present findings to senior leadership.
