About the role

This senior‑level position is for an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a well‑established litigation team in Glasgow. You will manage high‑value, complex disputes across property, commercial and professional negligence matters, while helping shape the future direction of the team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead substantial litigation matters from inception to resolution, advising clients on strategy, risk and outcomes.
• Handle complex property, commercial and professional negligence claims for both pursuers and defenders.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the strategic growth of the dispute resolution practice.
• Participate in succession planning and team development initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years post‑qualification experience in dispute resolution.
• Proven track record managing complex litigation matters.
• Experience across property and commercial disputes.
• Comfortable acting for both pursuers and defenders.
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent client communication skills.
