Senior Electrical Project Manager

About the Role

Join a leading energy infrastructure leader as an Electrical Project Manager, where you will take full ownership of operational and financial performance. You will play a critical role in delivering complex electrical projects safely, on time, and within budget, while ensuring the highest standards of client satisfaction.

Main Missions

• Drive the operational and financial performance of electrical contracts to maximize profitability and meet contractual obligations.
• Ensure strict compliance with all Health, Safety, Environment, and Wellbeing (HSE) regulations across all work sites.
• Manage project lifecycles by adhering to client authorizations, technical specifications, and company quality standards.
• Oversee documentation in coordination with back-office support teams and manage site-specific risk assessments and method statements.
• Monitor contract commercial aspects and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure project success.
• Lead, motivate, and develop your team, fostering a culture of safety, continuous training, and professional growth.
• Evaluate the safety competencies of subcontractors and personnel prior to project commencement.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in managing large-scale electrical or energy infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and develop multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent financial acumen with experience in budget management and contract profitability monitoring.
• Rigorous approach to Health & Safety regulations and quality management systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex documentation and stakeholder expectations.
