Senior Employment Lawyer – 5‑8 years PQE

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Employment Lawyer to join our London office. The role is designed for a professional with 5‑8 years post‑qualification experience who will contribute to our growing practice and support our client‑focused approach.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on all aspects of UK employment law to a diverse client base.
• Draft, review and negotiate employment contracts, policies and dispute documentation.
• Represent clients in employment tribunals and negotiations, managing cases from inception to resolution.
• Develop and deliver training sessions and seminars on employment law topics.
• Assist senior partners in business development and client relationship management.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a practising certificate in England & Wales.
• 5‑8 years post‑qualification experience in employment law.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a client‑centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high‑performing team.

Required skills

• Employment law expertise, including advisory, litigation and tribunal work.
• Contract drafting and negotiation.
• Legal research and case management.
