About the role
We are looking for a standout senior employment lawyer to lead our Liverpool practice. This hybrid role blends legal expertise, consultancy and technology, allowing you to shape strategy and build proactive employment law support for forward‑thinking businesses.
Key responsibilities
- Lead employment law support across the Liverpool market.
- Advise on complex employee relations matters, tribunals and strategic issues.
- Help clients stay compliant and ahead of regulatory changes.
- Shape policies, processes and best‑practice frameworks.
- Play a key role in growing the AfterAthena platform in the region.
Required profile
- Qualified senior employment lawyer (ideally 6+ years post‑qualification experience).
- Commercially minded with a strong focus on client relationships.
- Natural problem‑solver who thrives on variety and autonomy.
- Builder mentality – eager to create and develop new services, not just maintain existing ones.
