Senior Employment Solicitor (Hybrid)

About the role
G2 Legal Limited is seeking a senior Employment Solicitor to join its busy Employment team in the New Forest, Hampshire. You will manage your own caseload of both contentious and non‑contentious matters, working on a hybrid basis.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a full portfolio of employment disputes, including termination, tribunal claims, discrimination, bullying and harassment.
- Draft and review employment contracts, manage redundancy, restructuring and reorganisation projects.
- Provide technical legal advice to both claimants and respondents.
- Develop new business and network to attract additional clients.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience in employment law.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload independently.
- Motivation to grow within a supportive, ambitious firm.
Required skills
- Employment law expertise.
- Tribunal procedure knowledge.
- Contract drafting and negotiation.
