Senior Employment Solicitor (Part‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Employment Solicitor to join a leading US law firm’s London office on a part‑time basis. The role offers a professional‑track, non‑partnership position with flexible hours, allowing you to balance high‑value work with personal commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Advise corporate clients on contentious and non‑contentious employment matters.
• Provide employment‑related due diligence, risk assessments and advisory support for corporate transactions.
• Manage employment litigation and workplace disputes from instruction through resolution.
• Support restructurings, business transfers and organisational change with employment law expertise.
• Draft and negotiate employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements.
• Serve as the primary employment law resource for multiple practice groups across the London office.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
• Minimum 7 years post‑qualification experience in employment law.
• Strong background advising employers on both contentious and non‑contentious matters.
• Extensive transactional experience, including employment aspects of corporate deals.
• Experience working in a comparable international law firm.
