Senior Engineering Manager, Growth

About the role

Lead the delivery of complex engineering projects focused on user acquisition, activation and revenue growth. Partner closely with product and data teams to prioritize high‑impact work and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Break down initiatives into manageable stages with predictable timelines, balancing speed, experimentation and long‑term scalability.
• Scale the Growth engineering team by identifying skill gaps in experimentation, performance and conversion optimisation, and work with recruiting to attract top talent.
• Monitor team performance proactively, ensuring strong execution, continuous improvement and ownership of key growth metrics.
• Navigate difficult conversations with clarity and empathy, balancing business urgency with technical quality.
• Foster a collaborative, high‑velocity culture aligned with company goals.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience leading multiple engineering teams delivering high‑impact, user‑facing projects.
• Proven ability to operate in fast‑paced, experiment‑driven environments with clear business metrics.
• Experience scaling teams and aligning them to product and revenue goals.
• Track performance and help team members improve output and impact.
• Excellent communication skills in cross‑functional settings (product, data, design).
• Relevant engineering background building scalable SaaS products.
• Experience with growth, experimentation or conversion optimisation is a strong plus.
