Senior ETF Marketing Manager

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Senior ETF Marketing Manager to join its pan‑regional team. You will shape and deliver the marketing strategy for the firm’s ETF business, working closely with Marketing, Distribution, Product, Investments, Events, PR and Compliance to create integrated campaigns that reach financial advisors, pension funds, insurers and digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Segment Marketing and Distribution to understand client needs and embed ETFs into segment plans.
• Develop and implement marketing plans that align with business priorities and client requirements.
• Create sales‑enablement content, value propositions and stories that showcase ETF expertise.
• Execute multi‑channel campaigns across email, digital, content, advertising, social, events and media relations.
• Support activation of proprietary and industry events, webinars and conferences.
• Use research, data and performance metrics to refine messaging and improve marketing effectiveness.

Required profile

• Organised, creative and driven marketer with a passion for helping clients achieve more with their money.
• Strong interest in financial markets and a working knowledge of investment products.
• Understanding of evolving client needs across financial advisors, pension funds, insurers and digital platforms.
