Senior Event Manager / Event Producer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Event Manager / Event Producer to lead the delivery of high‑profile live events, activations and experiential projects across the UK and internationally. Based in Berkshire with a hybrid working model, you will own complex projects from briefing through to on‑site execution, ensuring exceptional client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of live events, activations and experiential campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and partners.
• Own project budgets, forecasting and financial tracking.
• Manage suppliers, venues, freelancers and production partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee timelines, logistics, resource planning and on‑site execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.
• Lead on‑site event delivery, troubleshooting and decision‑making during live events.
• Mentor junior team members and identify process improvements.

Required profile

• Significant experience delivering live events, activations or complex project‑based work.
• Strong project management and organisational abilities.
• Proven track record of managing budgets, suppliers and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• Commercial awareness and confidence in managing project profitability.
• Calm, solutions‑focused approach under pressure.
• Experience in an agency, experiential, events or production environment.
