Key responsibilities

• Source and negotiate with international venues and global suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal creative, production and technical teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage delegate registration systems and coordinate travel and guest logistics.
• Build, track and reconcile complex event budgets to maximise ROI.
• Direct on‑site event execution, ensuring every detail runs like clockwork.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key global stakeholders.
