Senior Event Project Manager – Global Agency

About the role

As a Senior Event Project Manager you will own the full lifecycle of large‑scale, high‑visibility projects, from brief to live delivery, working on an exciting portfolio that includes press launches, dealer training, international conferences and experiential campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex events, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget execution.
• Develop compelling proposals and deliver high‑energy pitches to win new business.
• Source and negotiate contracts with international venues and global suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal creative, production and technical teams to align on creative vision and operational requirements.
• Manage delegate registration systems and coordinate travel and guest logistics.
• Build, monitor and reconcile detailed event budgets, maximizing ROI.
• Oversee on‑site execution, directing staff and vendors to ensure flawless live performance.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key global stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in an agency environment delivering multi‑faceted automotive or similar high‑profile events.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and complex supplier contracts.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of building lasting client relationships.
