Senior Facilities Manager – London (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to lead a prestigious commercial portfolio in London. Working within a respected Property & Asset Management team, you will drive operational excellence and build strong relationships across high‑profile assets.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of a large commercial property portfolio, ensuring compliance with FM standards, health & safety, and building operations.
• Manage contractors, procurement processes, and service‑charge budgets.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless facilities services.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing commercial property portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of FM compliance, health & safety regulations, and building operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with confidence to take ownership.
• NEBOSH qualification or willingness to work towards it is advantageous.
